Tikka Masala Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
3-4 Fresh Sweet Corn on the Cob
Culinary Tours Tikka Masala Sauce
McCormick Gourmet All Natural Garam Masala Blend
Lime
Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Husk corn, removing any silk. Keep half of the husk intact as a serving dish.
- Brush each ear with Tikka Masala sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle serving side with Garam Masala blend.
- In a 400-degree oven, roast for 35-40 minutes in a baking sheet until cooked, flipping halfway through. Optional: Broil afterwards to acquire desired char.
- Once cooled, return to halfed husk and serve with lime!
