Tikka Masala Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

3-4 Fresh Sweet Corn on the Cob
Culinary Tours Tikka Masala Sauce
McCormick Gourmet All Natural Garam Masala Blend
Lime
Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Husk corn, removing any silk. Keep half of the husk intact as a serving dish.
  2. Brush each ear with Tikka Masala sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle serving side with Garam Masala blend.
  3. In a 400-degree oven, roast for 35-40 minutes in a baking sheet until cooked, flipping halfway through. Optional: Broil afterwards to acquire desired char.
  4. Once cooled, return to halfed husk and serve with lime!
